September Housing Stats “Shot the lights out!”  BUT (and I cannot stress this enough)……
WILL OCTOBER DELIVER ON ITS PROMISE TO HOUSE THOSE IN NEED?
 
Look at these numbers and tell me if we will have enough stock to support the rising demand for housing in this city and the surrounding GTA!  Evan though Sales soared by 22% compared to last September, total inventory is down by 14% going into October. Sales are still far OUTPACING supply so things will continue to be very tight for buyers who waited until now to decide on a move..  And you know what that means….UPWARD PRESSURE ON PRICE …almost 6% this month and the benchmark prices are THE HIGHEST in 2019 ($843K and change)
 BUYER’S BLOOD PRESSURE?  Also rising!!
You will need some handholding and some very skillful stick handling for the balance of this year.
