I insist on a professional photographer for your unique property, at my expense. Property photos on MLS are extremely important in today’s Internet marketplace – the power of “Word of Mouse” cannot be overstated.

I pay for and include virtual tours and videos on all relevant social platforms such as Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Toronto MLS, Realtor.ca, my website, Chestnut Park’s website and Christie’s website (for listings over $1 million). These sites are optimized to appear on the front pages of search engines for key search terms on Toronto Real Estate.

I offer you a comprehensive marketing plan. I am your megaphone to the market! I believe that marketing is not telling people what you do, but telling people what you do differently.

I use banner ads to direct buyers to my website since more than 90% of buyers search on the Internet. I also pay for a unique website to be created for your property. I advertise in the Globe & Mail to target more traditional buyers.

My professional quality brochures and feature sheets are designed, printed and delivered to your home, at my expense.
