I meet personally with you to establish your “wish list.” I provide you with a custom Buyer’s Guide to educate you on current market conditions and I explain each step of the purchasing process.

We sign a Buyer’s Agency Agreement, which is your assurance you will be represented as a protected client who has committed to having me work with your best interests in mind every step of the way. After all, the Listing Agent works for the Seller! By signing this agreement, you now have a level playing field at the offer table.

I develop a detailed profile for you and hand pick every listing that matches your criteria, so you don’t waste time looking at listings that are not right for you. It’s my job to spend time doing all the fact checking. Then, those listings go directly to you with my comments every day. I have a huge network and can find properties not listed publicly.

I earned my MCNE designation (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) in order to benefit my clients’ financial bottom line. As I have done with my other clients, my proven negotiation skills will simply save you more money.

I arrange all showings you request and accompany you, with an eye toward pointing out the elements that fit your search and I call attention to any drawbacks. There is always a tradeoff, but anything that affects your health or safety is a deal breaker for me.
