Bottom line up front:

*Sales in the GTA UP by 19% compared to May 2018.  That’s huge…..except that last May was the lowest volume we’ve experienced in 15 years! Thanks to government intervention, stress tests and low supply.

*Total inventory this year is DOWN another 4.3% vs May 2018, so sales are far outstripping supply.

*Average sale prices are UP by almost 4% as pressure is applied by the competition from buyers to snap up their new home at the bidding table before anyone else gets it.

*All these sales are taking place 5% FASTER compared to last year, and so….the beat goes on!
