I read recently the following stats:

*If customers get what they expect, they tell NO ONE.
*If their expectations are exceeded, they tell THREE people
*If they get less than expected, they’ll tell SEVEN people!!

And this was BEFORE the Internet was “born”! Referrals used to be delivered by WOM (word of mouth); however, now they arrive via WOM (word of MOUSE!). The Power of the Mouse does not replace the Power of spoken word, but the amplification it provides is VERY compelling!

Be REMARKABLE people; for me there is room for nothing less in my real estate OR my daily life. This may mean that our search for the “right house” can take months, sometimes longer! It may mean that we remain very patient and stay the course with our listings’ prices, and/or that we may have to be fearless in our relaying the brutal facts of the market to our clients, but there is no other course, than the honest, direct and ethical approach to all that we do!!
