With the advent of a special foreign tax in Vancouver, the first of its kind in Canada, this article may give us some perspective,
and some PAUSE, on whether this approach to our heated markets in Vancouver and Toronto will actually help to cool these markets. Or will this tact simply delay and impair our focus on effective remediation of the supply and demand dilemma we have in these markets.
