DID YOU KNOW??
…that 56% of Torontonians believe that HST applies to ALL home sales….including RESALES?? This means that there are folks out there who are thinking of buying a home…so let’s take the AVERAGE SALE PRICE for a home in the GTA..which was $438K in the month of November, and they think they have to pay an additional $57K on top of that ….YIKES!!!
I’m sooo thankful that YOU are not in this misinformed group of people….because YOU know that HST applies ONLY to sales of NEW BUILDS….right??
