88 Castlebury Crescent has just been purchased by my first-time buyers and everyone is over the moon with happiness! The market is extremely frothy right now. Demand is sky high, while supply is at record lows and so we did have challenges in getting our “dream house”! In looking at various properties, they either sold before we could even inspect them, or we lost our bid to a higher bidder and that is after, we have paid for a home inspection. Frustrating, but the shiny outcome we experienced with the successful purchase of this first home for my buyers, who, by the way, are expecting their first child, was WELL worth the wait, the time, the money and the energy we put in to the transaction.
