Every seller believes their home is their castle. And they are right! But, that doesn’t mean your home should be PRICED like one! So let me help you get what you REALLY want. I know how hard it is to let go of your home and of the value you “know” it has for the market, but please trust your Realtor when it comes down to pricing and marketing your home. Your Realtor (the good ones, at least) invests every week in visiting hundreds of properties in your city, analyzing the market numbers, learning the latest technology, keeping abreast of any changes in legislation that could affect you and your home and connecting with mortgage, staging and marketing professionals in order to service you at the highest professional level. Trusting your Realtor will ultimately bring you 2 things: You will sell your home AND at the highest price the market has to offer. If you go out too high, you will more than likely net less than if you went out at the “right price”.

When I take a listing for a client, I have some gifts for them before we start the detailed process of successfully marketing their home AND of getting the fair market price they so richly deserve.

First, they get an orange (metaphorical) HARD HAT. (I’m all about orange as you can see from my branding). This is to protect them from the bumps and bruises that many sellers experience on the rocky road to selling a home…a home they often don’t really want to leave. Metaphorical, because I will be the one to protect them from disappointments in the listing/selling process. How I do that is through daily communication with them, with an eye toward managing all of their expectations. They get all the facts about the market, the right fair market price for their home, the latest marketing strategies (traditional AND digital/social) available, and my expertise in negotiating the highest price possible for their house.. (my designation MCNE makes me a Master Certified Negotiation Expert). Finally, their experience is topped with 5 Star Service at every step of the way.
I have sold 100% of my listings as a result of my Bespoke business model.

Second, they will get an orange binder/book (NOT metaphorical) filled with all the facts and information they will need in order for us to form the perfect partnership. We are as one in getting their house sold at the highest price in the shortest time frame AND with seamless, stress-free ease!

But wait! See below! I have one more surprise gift for them. It’s a thank you gift after our sale is firm! It’s my way of saying “Sorry if I knocked your socks off…so here’s another pair to replace them!” (Of course, they’re Orange!)
