I spend my waking life helping people make huge decisions about whether to buy, sell, stay put, rent, cash out or “re-hab” their homes. Bet you didn’t know I can also help BUILD a home!! Well, neither did I until I agreed to sign up with HABITAT FOR HUMANITY…an awesome organization that helps ensure needy families get what they so richly deserve in a safe home in a safe city and neighbourhood.
I felt honoured to be part of this is initiative, and, as you can see, my Chestnut Park colleagues and I had a ton of fun as well. Even got to keep my work gloves and tee shirt to remind me of how industrious and happy I was climbing, nailing, sawing, schepping on this very hot summer’s day! All worth every bead of sweat.
